1. Service Usage

By booking a service with WTR Plus, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • The information you provide (name, phone, address, etc.) is accurate.
  • You will allow our technician proper access to the RO Water Purifier and installation area.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any service request for valid operational or safety reasons.

2. Pricing

  • All service prices displayed on the website are “Starting From” rates.
  • Final charges depend on the purifier’s model, condition, parts required, and service complexity.
  • Visit charges may be adjusted in the final bill after the service/repair is completed.
  • Taxes, if applicable, may be added to the final bill.

We may revise prices without prior notice.

3. Spare Parts & Components

Spare parts are chargeable unless explicitly included in the service package.

  • Compatible or branded third-party filters/membranes may be used based on availability and customer approval.
  • Original OEM parts are used only if requested and available.

WTR Plus does not guarantee the lifespan of parts provided by the customer.

4. Warranty

We offer warranties as per the service type:

  • Service Warranty: 15 days (only on service performed)
  • Spare Parts Warranty: 30 days (only if parts are supplied by us)

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water leakage from old or damaged pipes
  • Issues caused by electrical fluctuations
  • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage caused by customer-provided spare parts

Technician visit after warranty expiry may be chargeable.

5. Service Limitations

WTR Plus shall not be responsible for:

  • Pre-existing faults or damages in the purifier or plumbing
  • Electrical issues beyond our control
  • Damage during handling of very old or modified RO systems
  • Delay in service due to weather, traffic, or part availability
  • Issues arising from poor water quality
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Service is always provided on an “as-available” basis.

6. Payments

  • Payments must be made after service completion.
  • We may accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, or online options (where available).
  • Invoices are provided upon request.

Failure to make payment may result in service refusal in the future.

7. Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Bookings can be made through the website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • You may cancel or reschedule before the technician is dispatched.
  • Once the technician is en route, visit charges may apply.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to booking restrictions.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure:

  • Safe and accessible working space for the technician
  • Availability at the service address during scheduled time
  • Honest disclosure of existing purifier condition
  • Proper storage and handling of water purifier after service

We are not responsible for issues caused by customer negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, text, images, and designs on wtrplus.in are the property of WTR Plus.
Copying or reproducing any content without permission is prohibited.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites for information purposes.
We are not responsible for:

  • Their content
  • Their products
  • Their privacy or security policies

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WTR Plus shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income or profit
  • Damages to appliances due to pre-existing issues
  • Any form of indirect or consequential loss

Our maximum liability is limited to the service charges paid by you.
